Refund policy
Refunds for damaged goods only, please contact us via customerservice@ksboutique.co.uk to get an authorised return, with pictures of damaged product. We will then confirm replacement or refund issued out.
Exchange Policy
No exchanges are accepted, due to the nature of our products we will not issue an exchange. If products arrive damaged please see above for refund policy of damaged goods.
